SHIPPING POLICY
1. SHIPPING AREAS
We ship to mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira, and all countries within the European Union.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
- Mainland Portugal: 3-5 business days
- Azores and Madeira: 5-10 business days
- European Union: 7-12 business days
Delivery times begin once payment has been confirmed and your order has been processed.
Products that are not currently in stock are available by special order. These items will be delivered to your address within 8 to 13 business days from the date the order is placed.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
- Free shipping on orders over €80 within mainland Portugal
- Standard shipping: €4.50
- Shipping to the Azores and Madeira: €8.50
- International shipping: Calculated at checkout
4. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
5. ORDER TRACKING
All shipments include tracking. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
6. LIABILITY
HATTURCO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or postal services.
7. DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
